2. Familiar with analog, sensor and other product definition and process characteristics, successful experience in mass production;

3. Familiar with industrial control, automotive and other manufacturing industries;

4. Familiar with product test and analysis tools, able to lead the team to complete product debugging and mass production.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for mass production product introduction NPI and other related work;

2. Responsible for communication and coordination with design, process, test and other modules, drive the project team to complete the product failure problem solving, and promote the rapid realization of product productization;

3. Promote the rapid mass production of products, solve product yield, reliability and other problems;

4. Regularly visit customers, regularly provide customers with project progress and introduce the latest process characteristics;

5. Participate in industry exhibitions, understand the development trend of customer demand, provide market information to the process team, and complete process planning with the process team.

Job Requirements:
